Thank you for your interest in our Junior and Teen Keeper camps! Please read and understand the following Terms and Conditions to make sure that your Keeper has a great day with us here at Amazement!

    By booking your ticket and submitting your details, you are accepting these terms.

    Terms and Conditions:

    Children need to be prepared to spend the day outdoors including hat sunscreen and appropriate clothing including sturdy footwear.

    Parents need to understand that this is a group activity and other children may bring devices to record or take pictures and that your child’s image may be captured with these devices and USBs.

    Amazement takes no responsibility for lost or stolen personal property brought to the program.

    Parents are unable to follow the children around but if they wish to stay for the day they may, but they will have to purchase Amazement admission separately and wonder the park grounds on their own.

    If children fail to follow the directions of zoo keepers or staff during the day they may be asked to leave the program.

    If parents are required to pick up children early on the day for any reason there will be no refund provided.

    You give permission for us to contact 000 in the case of an emergency.

    I understand that if my child does not follow the instructions issued by the keepers at any time throughout the experience; any accident, injury or harm caused to my child is not at the fault of animal, staff, keepers, Amazement Farm & Fun Park or its subsidiaries (ABN 37 082 543 360).

    I understand that if my child does not follow all instructions of the keeper or staff member my experience can be cancelled with no refund.

    I understand that all animal encounters have some inherent risk & I accept the risks associated with doing this encounter.

    I understand that if my child asks the staff to take photos of my child’s experience using my/their camera, phone or any other picture taking device that any damage or destruction is not the fault of staff, keepers or Amazement Farm & Fun Park or its subsidiaries (ABN 37 082 543 360).

    I give permission for all photos taken by staff or keepers of Amazement Farm & Fun Park or its subsidiaries (ABN 37 082 543 360) to be used in any and all marketing material.

    I understand that for some encounters my child may be asked to wear P.P.E for the health and safety of the animals.

    I understand that for some encounters it is best to sit on a seat or on the ground, I acknowledge that my child has the physical capabilities to get up and down on their own from this position.

    I understand that if my child chooses not to sit when recommended that the encounters may not meet my expectations.

     

    I understand that if my child has any physical limitations that I will inform the keeper or staff member doing my child’s experience today.
